We are seeing through Bethesda's failures/dirty tricks and I really don't think it's fair that they cut tons of content only to make us pay for it later. It's also a pertinent consumer / ethics issue at play here. I wonder what some of Bethesda's developers have to say in response to the situation of modders restoring their (un)planned work to the public? I for one think it's amazing. Maybe they would have included these things in the game, if they could. I think it's a special thing to be able to resurrect the cut and in a sense lost artistic content that the developers of Fallout 4 worked on. There probably isn't evidence of many things Bethesda cut or planned on. Throughout the course of the game's development the developers continually played out their ideas, and I'm sure many ideas didn't make the cut - many of which are hard to find traces or evidence of. There may be "official" sources which claim they list all of Fallout 4's cut content, however with games this large there may be vast amounts of "cut" content that aren't even on these lists.
